Delivery and shipping

We do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 6:00 PM are shipped the same day. However, we are not always able to meet this deadline. Sometimes products are out of stock, and delivery may take a little longer. An estimated delivery time is shown on the product page. If, for any reason, we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will, of course, inform you as soon as possible.

The listed prices include shipping costs for shipments within the Netherlands and to Belgium.

Delivery is handled by PostNL parcel carrier. Delivery will generally take place the next business day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery times.
