1. Wie wij zijn
De Sacoma-app wordt aangeboden door Sacoma, van de Kasteelestraat 3A, 2691 ZL 's-Gravenzande, Nederland. KvK 77422554, btw NL003192737B41. Vragen: info@sacoma.nl.
Deze voorwaarden gelden voor het gebruik van de Sacoma-app op iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch en Android, en voor het abonnement Sacoma Plus. Voor bestellingen in onze webwinkel gelden de algemene voorwaarden van de webwinkel.
2. Wat de app is
Sacoma is een app voor fitness en welzijn. De app laat zien wat je weegschaal meet — gewicht, vetmassa, spiermassa, vocht en de verdeling over armen, benen en romp — legt die waarden uit in gewone taal, volgt ze over de tijd en helpt je bij een zelfgekozen doel voor je gewicht en je vorm.
Sacoma is niet bedoeld voor het opsporen, voorspellen, volgen, voorkomen of behandelen van enige ziekte of aandoening, en vervangt geen arts, diëtist of andere zorgverlener.
3. Je account
Voor de app maak je een account aan. Houd je inloggegevens voor jezelf. Je kunt je account op elk moment in de app opheffen; je metingen worden dan verwijderd. Hoe wij met je gegevens omgaan staat in onze privacyverklaring.
4. Sacoma Plus
- De app is gratis te gebruiken. Sacoma Plus is een optioneel abonnement met extra functies, zoals de coach en het maandrapport. Het wordt per maand of per jaar afgesloten; de actuele prijs staat in de app voordat je koopt.
- Je koopt en betaalt Plus via de App Store (Apple) of Google Play (Google). De betaling loopt via je account bij die winkel.
- Het abonnement wordt automatisch verlengd, tenzij je het uiterlijk 24 uur vóór het einde van de lopende periode opzegt. Opzeggen doe je in de instellingen van je Apple- of Google-account, onder Abonnementen. Na het opzeggen houd je Plus tot het einde van de betaalde periode.
- Terugbetalingen lopen via Apple of Google, volgens hun regels.
- Verandert de prijs, dan hoor je dat vooraf via de winkel; je kunt dan opzeggen voordat de nieuwe prijs ingaat.
- Op iPhone kun je Plus via Gezinsdeling delen met je gezin.
5. De coach
De coach in Sacoma Plus schrijft zijn teksten met kunstmatige intelligentie (AI). De coach beschrijft wat er in jouw metingen gebeurt en geeft algemene suggesties over voeding, training en gewoontes, zoals die gangbaar zijn voor gezonde volwassenen die aan hun vorm werken. De coach doet geen uitspraken over ziekte, gezondheidsrisico's of medische oorzaken.
AI kan zich vergissen. Gebruik de teksten als suggestie, niet als voorschrift, en overleg met een arts of diëtist als je twijfelt over wat bij jou past.
6. Gebruik van de app
Je krijgt een persoonlijk, niet-overdraagbaar recht om de app te gebruiken voor jezelf en je gezin. Je mag de app niet kopiëren, doorverkopen, ontleden of gebruiken op een manier die de app of andere gebruikers schaadt. De app, de teksten en de beelden blijven van Sacoma.
7. Aansprakelijkheid
We doen ons best om de app goed te laten werken, maar kunnen niet garanderen dat hij altijd foutloos of zonder onderbreking werkt. Metingen van een weegschaal zijn schattingen. Voor zover de wet dat toestaat, zijn wij niet aansprakelijk voor schade die ontstaat doordat je op de app of de coach vertrouwt. Dit beperkt nooit je rechten als consument en geldt niet bij opzet of grove nalatigheid van onze kant.
8. Apple en Google
Heb je de app uit de App Store, dan geldt daarnaast de standaard licentieovereenkomst van Apple (EULA). Heb je hem uit Google Play, dan gelden daarnaast de voorwaarden van Google Play. Deze overeenkomst is tussen jou en Sacoma; Apple en Google zijn niet verantwoordelijk voor de app of de ondersteuning ervan.
9. Wijzigingen
We kunnen deze voorwaarden aanpassen, bijvoorbeeld als de app verandert. De datum bovenaan laat zien welke versie geldt. Bij een wezenlijke wijziging laten we het je in de app weten.
10. Recht en geschillen
Op deze voorwaarden is Nederlands recht van toepassing. Woon je in een ander land van de EU, dan houd je de bescherming die het recht van dat land je als consument geeft. Heb je een klacht, mail ons dan eerst: info@sacoma.nl.

1. Who we are

These terms apply to your use of the Sacoma app on iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Android, and to the Sacoma Plus subscription. Orders in our web shop are covered by the web shop terms and conditions.
2. What the app is
Sacoma is a fitness and wellbeing app. It shows what your scale measures — weight, fat mass, muscle mass, water and the distribution across arms, legs and trunk — explains those values in plain language, follows them over time and helps you work towards a goal you set yourself for your weight and your shape.
Sacoma is not intended for the detection, prediction, monitoring, prevention or treatment of any disease or condition, and does not replace a doctor, dietitian or other healthcare professional.
3. Your account
You need an account to use the app. Keep your login details to yourself. You can close your account in the app at any time; your measurements are then deleted. How we handle your data is explained in our privacy policy.
4. Sacoma Plus
- The app is free to use. Sacoma Plus is an optional subscription with extra features, such as the coach and the monthly report. It runs monthly or yearly; the current price is shown in the app before you buy.
- You buy and pay for Plus through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google). Payment is charged to your account with that store.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You cancel in the settings of your Apple or Google account, under Subscriptions. After cancelling, you keep Plus until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, under their rules.
- If the price changes, the store will tell you in advance; you can cancel before the new price applies.
- On iPhone you can share Plus with your family through Family Sharing.
5. The coach
The coach in Sacoma Plus writes its texts using artificial intelligence (AI). The coach describes what is happening in your measurements and gives general suggestions about food, training and habits, as is common for healthy adults working on their shape. The coach makes no statements about illness, health risks or medical causes.
AI can make mistakes. Treat the texts as suggestions, not instructions, and talk to a doctor or dietitian if you are unsure what suits you.
6. Using the app
You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use the app for yourself and your family. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer the app, or use it in a way that harms the app or other users. The app, its texts and its images remain the property of Sacoma.
7. Liability
We do our best to keep the app working well, but we cannot guarantee that it is always free of errors or interruptions. Measurements from a scale are estimates. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage caused by relying on the app or the coach. This never limits your rights as a consumer and does not apply in case of intent or gross negligence on our part.
8. Apple and Google
If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies. If you downloaded it from Google Play, the Google Play terms also apply. This agreement is between you and Sacoma; Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its support.
9. Changes
We may update these terms, for example when the app changes. The date at the top shows which version applies. If there is a significant change, we will let you know in the app.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection that the law of that country gives you as a consumer. If you have a complaint, please email us first: info@sacoma.nl.

Diese Bedingungen gelten für die Nutzung der Sacoma-App auf iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch und Android sowie für das Abonnement Sacoma Plus. Für Bestellungen in unserem Webshop gelten die AGB des Webshops.
2. Was die App ist
Sacoma ist eine App für Fitness und Wohlbefinden. Sie zeigt, was deine Waage misst — Gewicht, Fettmasse, Muskelmasse, Wasser und die Verteilung auf Arme, Beine und Rumpf —, erklärt diese Werte in verständlicher Sprache, verfolgt sie über die Zeit und unterstützt dich bei einem selbst gewählten Ziel für dein Gewicht und deine Form.
Sacoma ist nicht bestimmt für die Erkennung, Vorhersage, Überwachung, Vorbeugung oder Behandlung von Krankheiten oder Beschwerden und ersetzt keinen Arzt, keine Ernährungsberatung und keine andere medizinische Fachkraft.
3. Dein Konto
Für die App legst du ein Konto an. Behalte deine Zugangsdaten für dich. Du kannst dein Konto jederzeit in der App löschen; deine Messungen werden dann gelöscht. Wie wir mit deinen Daten umgehen, steht in unserer Datenschutzerklärung.
4. Sacoma Plus
- Die App ist kostenlos. Sacoma Plus ist ein optionales Abonnement mit zusätzlichen Funktionen wie dem Coach und dem Monatsbericht. Es läuft monatlich oder jährlich; der aktuelle Preis wird dir vor dem Kauf in der App angezeigt.
- Du kaufst und bezahlst Plus über den App Store (Apple) oder Google Play (Google). Die Zahlung läuft über dein Konto bei diesem Store.
- Das Abonnement verlängert sich automatisch, wenn du es nicht spätestens 24 Stunden vor Ende des laufenden Zeitraums kündigst. Du kündigst in den Einstellungen deines Apple- oder Google-Kontos unter Abonnements. Nach der Kündigung behältst du Plus bis zum Ende des bezahlten Zeitraums.
- Erstattungen laufen über Apple oder Google, nach deren Regeln.
- Ändert sich der Preis, informiert dich der Store vorab; du kannst dann kündigen, bevor der neue Preis gilt.
- Auf dem iPhone kannst du Plus über die Familienfreigabe mit deiner Familie teilen.
5. Der Coach
Der Coach in Sacoma Plus schreibt seine Texte mit künstlicher Intelligenz (KI). Er beschreibt, was in deinen Messungen passiert, und gibt allgemeine Anregungen zu Ernährung, Training und Gewohnheiten, wie sie für gesunde Erwachsene üblich sind, die an ihrer Form arbeiten. Der Coach äußert sich nicht zu Krankheiten, Gesundheitsrisiken oder medizinischen Ursachen.
KI kann sich irren. Nutze die Texte als Anregung, nicht als Anweisung, und sprich mit einem Arzt oder einer Ernährungsberatung, wenn du unsicher bist, was zu dir passt.
6. Nutzung der App
Du erhältst ein persönliches, nicht übertragbares Recht, die App für dich und deine Familie zu nutzen. Du darfst die App nicht kopieren, weiterverkaufen, zurückentwickeln oder so nutzen, dass sie oder andere Nutzer geschädigt werden. Die App, ihre Texte und Bilder bleiben Eigentum von Sacoma.
7. Haftung
Wir tun unser Bestes, damit die App gut funktioniert, können aber nicht garantieren, dass sie immer fehlerfrei oder ohne Unterbrechung läuft. Messungen einer Waage sind Schätzungen. Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, haften wir nicht für Schäden, die entstehen, weil du dich auf die App oder den Coach verlässt. Das schränkt deine Rechte als Verbraucher nie ein und gilt nicht bei Vorsatz oder grober Fahrlässigkeit unsererseits.
8. Apple und Google
Hast du die App aus dem App Store, gilt zusätzlich die Standard-Lizenzvereinbarung von Apple (EULA). Hast du sie aus Google Play, gelten zusätzlich die Bedingungen von Google Play. Diese Vereinbarung besteht zwischen dir und Sacoma; Apple und Google sind nicht für die App oder deren Support verantwortlich.
9. Änderungen
Wir können diese Bedingungen anpassen, zum Beispiel wenn sich die App ändert. Das Datum oben zeigt, welche Fassung gilt. Bei einer wesentlichen Änderung informieren wir dich in der App.
10. Recht und Streitigkeiten
Es gilt niederländisches Recht. Wohnst du in einem anderen EU-Land, behältst du den Schutz, den dir das Recht dieses Landes als Verbraucher gibt. Hast du eine Beschwerde, schreib uns bitte zuerst: info@sacoma.nl.

2. Ce qu'est l'app
Sacoma est une app de forme et de bien-être. Elle affiche ce que mesure votre balance — poids, masse grasse, masse musculaire, eau et répartition entre bras, jambes et tronc —, explique ces valeurs en langage simple, les suit dans le temps et vous aide à atteindre un objectif que vous choisissez vous-même pour votre poids et votre forme.
Sacoma n'est pas destinée à détecter, prévoir, surveiller, prévenir ou traiter une maladie ou une affection, et ne remplace pas un médecin, un diététicien ou un autre professionnel de santé.
3. Votre compte
L'app nécessite un compte. Gardez vos identifiants pour vous. Vous pouvez supprimer votre compte à tout moment dans l'app ; vos mesures sont alors effacées. La façon dont nous traitons vos données est décrite dans notre politique de confidentialité.
4. Sacoma Plus
- L'app est gratuite. Sacoma Plus est un abonnement facultatif avec des fonctions supplémentaires, comme le coach et le rapport mensuel. Il est mensuel ou annuel ; le prix en vigueur est affiché dans l'app avant l'achat.
- Vous achetez et payez Plus via l'App Store (Apple) ou Google Play (Google). Le paiement passe par votre compte auprès de ce store.
- L'abonnement se renouvelle automatiquement, sauf si vous le résiliez au moins 24 heures avant la fin de la période en cours. Vous résiliez dans les réglages de votre compte Apple ou Google, sous Abonnements. Après résiliation, vous gardez Plus jusqu'à la fin de la période payée.
- Les remboursements sont gérés par Apple ou Google, selon leurs règles.
- Si le prix change, le store vous en informe à l'avance ; vous pouvez alors résilier avant l'application du nouveau prix.
- Sur iPhone, vous pouvez partager Plus avec votre famille grâce au Partage familial.
5. Le coach
Le coach de Sacoma Plus rédige ses textes à l'aide de l'intelligence artificielle (IA). Il décrit ce qui se passe dans vos mesures et donne des suggestions générales sur l'alimentation, l'entraînement et les habitudes, telles qu'elles sont courantes pour des adultes en bonne santé qui travaillent leur forme. Le coach ne se prononce pas sur les maladies, les risques pour la santé ou les causes médicales.
L'IA peut se tromper. Considérez les textes comme des suggestions, pas comme des consignes, et parlez-en à un médecin ou à un diététicien si vous hésitez sur ce qui vous convient.
6. Utilisation de l'app
Vous recevez un droit personnel et non cessible d'utiliser l'app pour vous et votre famille. Vous ne pouvez pas copier, revendre ou décompiler l'app, ni l'utiliser d'une manière qui nuit à l'app ou aux autres utilisateurs. L'app, ses textes et ses images restent la propriété de Sacoma.
7. Responsabilité
Nous faisons de notre mieux pour que l'app fonctionne bien, mais ne pouvons garantir qu'elle soit toujours exempte d'erreurs ou d'interruptions. Les mesures d'une balance sont des estimations. Dans les limites permises par la loi, nous ne sommes pas responsables des dommages résultant de la confiance accordée à l'app ou au coach. Cela ne limite jamais vos droits de consommateur et ne s'applique pas en cas de faute intentionnelle ou de négligence grave de notre part.
8. Apple et Google
Si vous avez téléchargé l'app sur l'App Store, le contrat de licence standard d'Apple (EULA) s'applique également. Si vous l'avez téléchargée sur Google Play, les conditions de Google Play s'appliquent également. Ce contrat est conclu entre vous et Sacoma ; Apple et Google ne sont pas responsables de l'app ni de son assistance.
9. Modifications
Nous pouvons modifier ces conditions, par exemple lorsque l'app évolue. La date en haut indique la version en vigueur. En cas de modification importante, nous vous en informons dans l'app.
10. Droit applicable et litiges
Ces conditions sont régies par le droit néerlandais. Si vous résidez dans un autre pays de l'UE, vous conservez la protection que le droit de ce pays vous accorde en tant que consommateur. En cas de réclamation, écrivez-nous d'abord : info@sacoma.nl.

Sacoma non è destinata a individuare, prevedere, monitorare, prevenire o trattare alcuna malattia o disturbo e non sostituisce un medico, un dietista o un altro professionista sanitario.
3. Il tuo account
Per l'app crei un account. Tieni per te i tuoi dati di accesso. Puoi chiudere il tuo account in qualsiasi momento dall'app; le tue misurazioni vengono allora cancellate. Come trattiamo i tuoi dati è spiegato nella nostra informativa sulla privacy.
4. Sacoma Plus
- L'app è gratuita. Sacoma Plus è un abbonamento facoltativo con funzioni aggiuntive, come il coach e il rapporto mensile. È mensile o annuale; il prezzo attuale è indicato nell'app prima dell'acquisto.
- Acquisti e paghi Plus tramite l'App Store (Apple) o Google Play (Google). Il pagamento avviene tramite il tuo account presso quello store.
- L'abbonamento si rinnova automaticamente, a meno che tu non lo disdica almeno 24 ore prima della fine del periodo in corso. Disdici nelle impostazioni del tuo account Apple o Google, alla voce Abbonamenti. Dopo la disdetta mantieni Plus fino alla fine del periodo pagato.
- I rimborsi sono gestiti da Apple o Google, secondo le loro regole.
- Se il prezzo cambia, lo store ti avvisa in anticipo; puoi disdire prima che il nuovo prezzo entri in vigore.
- Su iPhone puoi condividere Plus con la tua famiglia tramite In famiglia.
5. Il coach
Il coach di Sacoma Plus scrive i suoi testi con l'intelligenza artificiale (IA). Descrive ciò che accade nelle tue misurazioni e dà suggerimenti generali su alimentazione, allenamento e abitudini, come sono comuni per adulti in buona salute che lavorano sulla propria forma. Il coach non si esprime su malattie, rischi per la salute o cause mediche.
L'IA può sbagliare. Considera i testi come suggerimenti, non come istruzioni, e parla con un medico o un dietista se hai dubbi su ciò che fa per te.
6. Uso dell'app
Ricevi un diritto personale e non trasferibile di usare l'app per te e la tua famiglia. Non puoi copiare, rivendere o decompilare l'app, né usarla in modo da danneggiare l'app o altri utenti. L'app, i suoi testi e le sue immagini restano di proprietà di Sacoma.
7. Responsabilità
Facciamo del nostro meglio perché l'app funzioni bene, ma non possiamo garantire che sia sempre priva di errori o interruzioni. Le misurazioni di una bilancia sono stime. Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge, non siamo responsabili per danni derivanti dall'affidamento sull'app o sul coach. Ciò non limita mai i tuoi diritti di consumatore e non si applica in caso di dolo o colpa grave da parte nostra.
8. Apple e Google
Se hai scaricato l'app dall'App Store, si applica anche il contratto di licenza standard di Apple (EULA). Se l'hai scaricata da Google Play, si applicano anche i termini di Google Play. Questo accordo è tra te e Sacoma; Apple e Google non sono responsabili dell'app né della relativa assistenza.
9. Modifiche
Possiamo modificare queste condizioni, ad esempio quando l'app cambia. La data in alto indica la versione in vigore. In caso di modifica sostanziale te lo comunichiamo nell'app.
10. Legge applicabile e controversie
Queste condizioni sono regolate dal diritto olandese. Se vivi in un altro paese dell'UE, conservi la tutela che il diritto di quel paese ti riconosce come consumatore. Per un reclamo scrivici prima: info@sacoma.nl.

Sacoma es una app de fitness y bienestar. Muestra lo que mide tu báscula — peso, masa grasa, masa muscular, agua y la distribución entre brazos, piernas y tronco —, explica esos valores con palabras sencillas, los sigue a lo largo del tiempo y te ayuda con un objetivo que tú eliges para tu peso y tu forma física.
Sacoma no está destinada a detectar, predecir, vigilar, prevenir ni tratar ninguna enfermedad o afección, y no sustituye a un médico, dietista u otro profesional sanitario.
3. Tu cuenta
Para usar la app creas una cuenta. Guarda tus datos de acceso para ti. Puedes cerrar tu cuenta en cualquier momento desde la app; tus mediciones se eliminan entonces. Cómo tratamos tus datos se explica en nuestra política de privacidad.
4. Sacoma Plus
- La app es gratuita. Sacoma Plus es una suscripción opcional con funciones adicionales, como el coach y el informe mensual. Es mensual o anual; el precio vigente se muestra en la app antes de comprar.
- Compras y pagas Plus a través de la App Store (Apple) o Google Play (Google). El pago se realiza a través de tu cuenta en esa tienda.
- La suscripción se renueva automáticamente, salvo que la canceles al menos 24 horas antes del final del periodo en curso. Cancelas en los ajustes de tu cuenta de Apple o Google, en Suscripciones. Tras cancelar, mantienes Plus hasta el final del periodo pagado.
- Los reembolsos los gestionan Apple o Google, según sus normas.
- Si el precio cambia, la tienda te avisa con antelación; puedes cancelar antes de que se aplique el nuevo precio.
- En iPhone puedes compartir Plus con tu familia mediante En familia.
5. El coach
El coach de Sacoma Plus escribe sus textos con inteligencia artificial (IA). Describe lo que ocurre en tus mediciones y da sugerencias generales sobre alimentación, entrenamiento y hábitos, como son habituales para adultos sanos que trabajan en su forma física. El coach no se pronuncia sobre enfermedades, riesgos para la salud ni causas médicas.
La IA puede equivocarse. Toma los textos como sugerencias, no como instrucciones, y consulta a un médico o dietista si dudas sobre lo que te conviene.
6. Uso de la app
Recibes un derecho personal e intransferible a usar la app para ti y tu familia. No puedes copiar, revender ni descompilar la app, ni usarla de forma que perjudique a la app o a otros usuarios. La app, sus textos y sus imágenes siguen siendo propiedad de Sacoma.
7. Responsabilidad
Hacemos todo lo posible para que la app funcione bien, pero no podemos garantizar que esté siempre libre de errores o interrupciones. Las mediciones de una báscula son estimaciones. Niniejsze warunki dotyczą korzystania z aplikacji Sacoma na iPhonie, iPadzie, Apple Watch i Androidzie oraz subskrypcji Sacoma Plus. Zamówienia w naszym sklepie internetowym podlegają ogólnym warunkom sklepu.
2. Czym jest aplikacja
Sacoma to aplikacja do fitnessu i dobrego samopoczucia. Pokazuje, co mierzy Twoja waga — masę ciała, masę tłuszczową, masę mięśniową, wodę oraz rozkład na ręce, nogi i tułów — objaśnia te wartości prostym językiem, śledzi je w czasie i pomaga Ci w realizacji samodzielnie wybranego celu dotyczącego wagi i formy.
Sacoma nie jest przeznaczona do wykrywania, przewidywania, monitorowania, zapobiegania ani leczenia jakiejkolwiek choroby lub dolegliwości i nie zastępuje lekarza, dietetyka ani innego pracownika ochrony zdrowia.
3. Twoje konto
Do korzystania z aplikacji potrzebne jest konto. Nie udostępniaj innym swoich danych logowania. Możesz w każdej chwili zamknąć konto w aplikacji; Twoje pomiary zostaną wtedy usunięte. Sposób, w jaki przetwarzamy Twoje dane, opisuje nasza polityka prywatności.
4. Sacoma Plus
- Aplikacja jest bezpłatna. Sacoma Plus to opcjonalna subskrypcja z dodatkowymi funkcjami, takimi jak coach i raport miesięczny. Jest miesięczna lub roczna; aktualna cena jest widoczna w aplikacji przed zakupem.
- Plus kupujesz i opłacasz w App Store (Apple) lub Google Play (Google). Płatność jest pobierana z Twojego konta w tym sklepie.

Coach w Sacoma Plus pisze swoje teksty z pomocą sztucznej inteligencji (AI). Opisuje, co dzieje się w Twoich pomiarach, i daje ogólne sugestie dotyczące odżywiania, treningu i nawyków, typowe dla zdrowych dorosłych, którzy pracują nad swoją formą. Coach nie wypowiada się na temat chorób, zagrożeń dla zdrowia ani przyczyn medycznych.
AI może się mylić. Traktuj teksty jako sugestie, a nie polecenia, i porozmawiaj z lekarzem lub dietetykiem, jeśli nie masz pewności, co jest dla Ciebie odpowiednie.
6. Korzystanie z aplikacji
Otrzymujesz osobiste, niezbywalne prawo do korzystania z aplikacji dla siebie i swojej rodziny. Nie wolno Ci kopiować, odsprzedawać ani dekompilować aplikacji ani korzystać z niej w sposób szkodzący aplikacji lub innym użytkownikom. Aplikacja, jej teksty i obrazy pozostają własnością Sacoma.
7. Odpowiedzialność
Dokładamy starań, aby aplikacja działała dobrze, ale nie możemy zagwarantować, że zawsze będzie wolna od błędów i przerw. Pomiary wagi są szacunkowe.
